What is a life coach?
It’s the built-in accountability you had growing up with your parents, coaches, teachers, Sunday school teachers, and any other variation of that. As an adult, all that accountability falls on you, unless you get a life coach. I’m the person that pushes you, guides you, encourages you, and challenges you to become a better, stronger version of yourself. I care about your growth, dreams, and successes in life just as much as you.
I’m not a licensed therapist, medical doctor, or practicing lawyer. (View waiver here).
What if things don’t change and I don’t feel like I am reaching my goals?
I promise that you get out what you put in. I wish I could promise complete success with all your dreams coming true, but I can’t and I won’t. What you put in and invest as far as time, energy, and heart will greatly determine what we get out of our time together. I don’t promise specific tangible results because everyone is different, with different needs, but I do know a few things. I promise you won’t be the same person at the end as you were when we began. You’re going to have surprisingly revelations about your life that may take you in a completely different direction than you ever expected. You will probably feel more rested, renewed, and rejuvenated than when you began. Everyone experiences something completely unique and, unless you straight up refuse to do the hard work, avoid all participation, never follow-through, and stay closed off, then I am sure more than you know will change.
Eeek! The financial commitment is too much for me right now. Is there a payment plan?
Yes! I understand how hard it can be to come up with a chunk of money all at once. ALCHEMY is broken down into 3 different payment plans: one all upfront payment (which saves you a few dollars); a monthly payment plan for 3 months; and a weekly payment plan for three months. All payments must be received before the start of your session. If you need additional payment options, please contact me directly.
I don’t think I have time for this?
I’m not asking for much — just 45 minutes a week for 12 weeks. That’s cutting out one tv show, once a week. I know commitment can be scary, but it’s worth it to take the time if you really want to get where you want to be.
Do you offer refunds?
No, I do not offer refunds, but I am always here to discuss finding a better program fit.
What if life circumstances happen and I need to cancel a session?
Life happens. I get it. Sometimes things pop up and you need to reschedule -- I will always do my best to be flexible and reschedule any cancelled sessions for another available time, but I cannot guarantee we’ll be able to make-up the session. If you miss more than 2 sessions in a row, you give up the rest of your sessions unless you’ve contacted me directly about your extenuating circumstances. I will not refund you, but I am happy to reschedule you for the next open-enrollment coaching season. If you are unhappy with the service you’ve received and don’t want to continue together, I am happy to reimburse you for the remainder of your unused sessions. No hard feelings :)
I have more questions! How can I get in touch?

STILL HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?
is this right for you?
The short answer - Yes! If you’ve made it this far, there is something that is resonating with you and I know you want more, but maybe you’re struggling to decide how to make it happen. In this section, I wanted to take some time to process through the objections running through your head and share how I worked through them. I hope you find them helpful and can inform you in making this big decision for your own life.
OBJECTIONS: Everyone has them and we all dread them from potential clients. You’re probably thinking - how on earth am I going to justify spending another penny on myself or my business. Things are tight as it is, how is this going to be any different than what I have tried in the past. It all sounds too woo woo hippy dippy for me.
Ya I know. I’ve been there and run down the list of excuses before too. I’m a mom, an entrepreneur working from home, have client work, live in 500sq foot tiny home, cook, clean, take care of the finances, and have all the expensive bills of living in Southern California. I get it. Trust me, I really do. I put off investing in myself and my business because I never felt like I could afford it and all it did was push off the things I really wanted. I don’t want you to let excuses get in the way of a better life for you and those closest to you. Take the chance invest in yourself, take the scary step, branch out, spend the money, and change the trajectory of our lives to be what we actually want it to be.
THE OBJECTIONS
But I have a business coaching, therapy, or health coach already. That’s great, but does your therapist help you with your business or finances, or does your business coach understand what’s going on with your health or the fight you had with your spouse this morning. Probably not - having a business coach or therapist is great and I am such an advocate for having a team of awesome people in your life to help you grow, but these can often be too compartmentalized - these approaches don’t take into account how one area of life affects the other - business stress takes time away from family, family tension causes health issues, childhood trauma affects your ability to cope with a business situations. My approach takes into account all areas of life and works on prioritizing and find balance.
But there is an online course or private facebook group I can get help for way less, so why should I do your program? I can’t tell you how many unfinished or not even started online courses I’ve purchased. They sit there piling on the guilt- another thing I haven’t gotten to that had lofty promises of transforming my life, but when it came down to it the time, energy, discipline, follow through, and accountability weren’t there to actually make the change. We need a personalized approach with real time accountability and someone to be in your work with you - not another group where you hear crickets and don’t actually move the needles or another thing weighing on your to do list that you don’t quite get around to. We’ve all been there, especially in today's booming world of online courses and private groups. There is a time and place for those. There is and there are some great tools and resources out there, but first you need to get grounded and start doing.
But there is so much new age crap out there with meditations, affirmations, sound therapy, yoga, crystals, smudge sticks, mindfulness and it just seems weird - is this like that? And when I say crap, I’m referring to all the things and noise - not that these things aren’t of value or have a time and a place, but there is just so much and it all can seem so fake and bizarre - not real or practical. It seems too woo woo - Well this is not a new age approach- if anything it is an ancient approach rooted in tradition, the course of human history, psychology, physiology, and biology. It takes into account how each body system affects the other, what has been proven time and time again throughout human history, and what has been studied with modern breakthroughs in technological advancements. I’m about what actually works, what brings about change, and what works specifically for you. It’s about getting your hands dirty and not just dreaming in the clouds. Life is not a dream and my approach is straight forward, honest, and creative.
But self-improvement is selfish and only for CEOs and celebrities- Coaching, mentorships, or apprenticeships have been around since the dawn of humankind. It’s an ancient practice and part of our humanity and affects our health and biology. People aren’t just born great, or popular- they don’t come out of the womb as celebrities, world renowned leaders, saints, CEOs, gold medalists, or millionaires. They are just like you and I. Their lives take them on a journey and many come through great tragedy and suffering- but what changes their trajectory. How do they end up where they do and we end up where we do? I would argue it’s a combination of beliefs and accountability or a willingness to seek help and grow rather than giving into stagnation, comfort, and mediocrity.
Last but not least, the biggest objection of them all - But I Can’t afford it? Let’s have a little chat about money. This has always been my biggest holdup in purchasing anything for myself or my business. I’m always telling myself I don’t have the money, but I know when I want something bad enough I find a way to make it happen. Maybe it means giving up your daily Starbucks or for me my green juice/smoothie, or it’s saving up birthday money, or not buying those little extras, clothes, etc. for a bit, or taking on a few side jobs, but we can make it happen. Not only that, but when you pay someone for their services (which is exactly what you are hoping others will do for you) you not only show that you value them, but also that you value yourself enough to invest this time and money. And at the end of the day would you rather have a few fancy pairs of shoes in your closet or be one step closer to your big dreams and life goals. You can transform the outside with fancy things, but I challenge you to invest in you and the person you are becoming. In the long run the investment will pay off. Trust me.
I’M READY TO DIVE IN NOW!
