I started to believe “content” just wasn’t achievable for me…

I started Alchemy with the goal of reaching my professional goals, what I ended with was a true understanding of what makes me tick, personally. Kylie taught me how to become comfortable with the silence and experience gratitude for how far I’ve come. With that my business goals fell into place, naturally. I started working 4 days a week, all while maintaining the same salary. Ignored my inbox and was more present with my children, something I’ll be infinitely grateful for till the end of time. I became more content and achieved, what for me, I would describe as balance. The ultimate gift!

Coming into coaching I was confused about my work and which direction to take my business, if any. I was feeling a lack of clarity and understanding. Kylie’s understanding of the complexity of her individual clients is what I’m most grateful for. I was so lost navigating life as a new mom, and this crazy push and pull of loving what I do, but loving my kids more and struggling to find balance. When I hit rock bottom, she was willing to pivot and help me find my new normal - which was such a gift. 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been thinking of my next step, what’s the next move, job, home, and milestone. I found myself appreciating silence and getting comfortable with it. I started to grasp the concept of contentment. I started and maintained the practice of a 40 minute walk without phone or interruptions and have found that some of my best, most creative ideas have come in this time. 

Working with Kylie is so much more than coaching - it is friendship, mentorship, and therapy. I truly think anyone and everyone can benefit from Kylie’s coaching program, but if I had to choose a niche, it would be creatives - all types, leaders, listeners, workers. I think you have to be 10% open to it to get started, willing to question and explore your process. REady for some type of change. I think I was nominally open at the start, but by the end very receptive and willing - some of that comes with trust and time.
